Band: Patek Philippe alligator strap and 18k pink gold buckle

Note: This classic timepiece is presented with an Extract from the Archives stating 1946 as the date of manufacture with the date of sale as December 17th, 1947. The reference 1579 was produced from 1943 to approximately 1964. A total of 450 examples were produced and it is believed that only 185 examples were in rose gold.
