Condition Notes: A spring awakening! Marked 750. Some stones are slightly loose in the setting. Completed by a double pinstem and catches on the reverse. Some diamonds fall in the VS clarity range. One screw on reverse is missing its lug nut. One yellow sapphire is missing.
