Hearts on Fire: Hearts on Fire® is a privately held international company founded in Boston by Glenn and Susan Rothman in 1996. “The World’s Most Perfectly Cut Diamond” is said to be spotted by Mr. Rothman on a trip abroad that year. While touring Belgium he discovered a round, fiery brilliant-cut diamond that exhibited a hearts and arrows pattern. Admiring the diamond and its geometrically optimized shape, Rothman named the cut “Hearts on Fire.” Six years later, another proprietary cut dubbed the “Dream diamond” would keep their legacy of excellence and precision in diamond cutting alive. Later purchased by Chow Tai Fook in 2014, the brand is still best known for its diamond solitaires and diamond jewelry.
