How long does it take to receive my Kit?
How much insurance will be provided?
We can cover up to $50,000, depending on the value of items that you will be sending. We will assess the amount during our initial conversation, as well as the size of kit that you will require.
What if I’m not sure if my items are worth anything?
You are welcome to send any items that you’re unsure about, at no cost or obligation to sell. During our live evaluation, which you can participate through video conferencing, our team of experts will look at each item individually, and provide you with details such as item’s weight, karat, resale value, gemstone authenticity, and much more.
Can I request FedEx to pick up the package from my house?
Yes! We can arrange a pickup from your house with FedEx, which means you don’t have to leave the house, wait in line, etc. To arrange a pickup, simply give us a call, and we will schedule one for you at a date/time that is convenient for you.
How can I be sure my items are safe?
Your package is insured for up to $50,000, and we use FedEx and Canada Post to Ship. Once your package arrives to our secure facility, your items are insured by our group policy. To ensure security and transparency, we will only open your package in front of recording cameras. You will also be able to participate, via a video conference (we will email you a link to the meeting), where an evaluator will assess each item separately.
How can I calculate how much I receive for my items?
For items that are purely based on their weight, you can simply calculate the value for each piece by using the FREE jewellery scale that we provide. For items that have a value that is greater than just it’s weight (i.e., antique jewellery, designer jewellery, gemstones, watches, numismatic coins, etc.) we will base our valuation on comparable sales of similar items. We Provide you with our full research when giving an offer to purchase.
What if I want my items back?
If you decide to decline our offer for any or all items, we will ship those items back to you, free of charge and in an insured package, and you will receive your package within 5 business days.
