The Appraisal Process:

When you bring your items for an evaluation, you will sit with a qualified appraiser, who will examine each of your pieces individually, noting the quality, materials, craftsmanship, period, maker, and any other relevant factors that determine the value.

You can choose to sell your items to us directly, consign to an upcoming auction, or to simply find out more about your item's history and current value, with no obligation to sell.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Custom orders take 3 to 5 days to process, depending on the item purchased. We do provide express processing with next-day delivery for an additional fee.

Can I inspect the goods before receiving them?

 Yes, you can check the quality of the goods before proceeding to payment.

What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?

We sincerely apologize if the merchandise you received differed from what you ordered. Please contact our customer service to arrange for the item to be returned for a free replacement.

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping takes between 2 and 3 business days for standard delivery. We do offer next-day delivery if your need is urgent.

When does the camera record?

Recordings are available with select monitoring plans. Based on the plan selected by the owner, the camera will record the following events: alarms, disarming your security system, motion detection, user-triggered recording, secret alerts (when enabled), duress alarm, silent panic button, entry delay, and power restored.

Do I need to be on a wifi network when using the camera?

Yes. All SimpliSafe cameras require WiFi for set up and use. Our cameras are designed to work with 2.4 GHz WiFi networks in order to provide wider coverage and penetrate walls. All WiFi networks support 2.4 GHz. Being on WiFi allows you to connect cameras to your system, stream live video, view and download recordings*; access the SimpliSafe app and control your system from anywhere; enable Video Verification*, arm your system using Google Assistant or Alexa* and retrieve and download necessary firmware updates for your system and devices. *with select monitoring plans.
